Checks are not going away - billions were written last year - but they are evolving. Check Rules, Returns & Reg CC has been re-designed to cover the important aspects of check processing, from the front-line through forward collection to exception processing. Participants will learn the properties of the check (front and back), types of negotiable instruments, forward collection options (including image and Check 21), Regulation CC requirements, exception handling and right of return. Proper processing of checks can help your staff reduce losses related to fraud and errors - make plans to attend this full day seminar.

NWCHA Members pay $160 for a single registrant, $150 per person if registering more than one person.

Non-members pay $290 per person.
