Electronic Checks in ACH

This Tele-Seminar is a comprehensive examination of all ACH rules for whenever a consumer
writes a check and it's presented as an electronic debit. Learn the Financial Institution
and Originator rights, responsibilities and obligations. We'll cover operational procedures,
return options and how you can explain these items to consumers.
IAT - International ACH Transactions

The New International ACH Transaction Rules scheduled to become effective in March of 2009 will have major
regulatory and software impacts on every ACH Network participant. These Tele-seminars are designed to give you
the information you will need to prepare for this important change. Every DFI must accept IAT Transactions when
the change becomes effective and must have a written policy to scan these transactions to ensure compliance with
OFAC regulations. This change will impact your ACH Operations, make certain your staff attend one of these
Tele-seminars.
WEB and TEL Transactions
